If you stay in the North, Chong Pang Food Centre has to certainly be one of the hawkers you frequent rather often. They're popular for many local delights, and today I want to introduce you to this absolutely delicious plate of braised duck rice! It's the best duck rice I've tried in the North so far.

The queue at Chuan Kee is always long because the duck rice here is really good. It has also recently become my fave duck rice stall in the North. Braised duck rice sets start at $3 and come with braised duck rice, boneless duck meat, tofu, half a boiled egg, some braised peanuts, as well as a bowl of herbal soup. What makes this duck rice especially special is their extremely tasty rice. Love it!

If you stay in the North, no excuses for you! Chuan Kee boneless braised duck rice is a must try yummy quality dish at Chong Pang and a personal favourite for me around the Yishun area. The only other Chuan Kee outlet is located at Ghim Moh Food Centre.
